Vivid Entertainment has rejected an offer to buy the sex tape and have it removed off the porn market:

The mystery buyer gunning for Kim Kardashian‘s sex tape came up short where it matters most … in the wallet … because Vivid Entertainment has officially REJECTED his $20 million offer to take the tape off the market.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch tells us, “We were offered $20 million for the Kim tape but have decided that we are going to hang on to it … for now.”

He adds, “Although the offer that we ultimately received was substantial, when I realized that it wasn’t Kim it became less appealing. Kim is a superstar and if it were to be sold, it should be to her.”

Mediaoutrage- It was probably friend of Kim’s who she fronted the money to keep her name out of the media. Smh.

TMZ has obtained footage of the Vegas nightclub brawl between Ray J and Fabolous– and the wildest part … sources tell us, 50 Cent stirred up the whole thing.

We’re told Fiddy had been encouraging Ray to confront Fabolous about their recent Twitter feud – and Ray finally decided to get in Fab’s face at Moon nightclub inside The Palms casino.

In the clip, you can see 50 standing between Ray and Fabolous … with a big ass grin.

But we’re told Fiddy actually jumped in to break things up when Ray J and Fab started scrapping.

As we previously reported, Ray J was booted from the club after the fight — but he was not arrested.

According to at least one “eye witness” on Twitter, Ray-J and Fabolous got into it at the Palms in Las Vegas late last night.

The fight allegedly took place backstage at Pearl inside the Palms, where Fabolous was scheduled to perform alongside Jadakiss and Styles P last night.

The story told by the tweets is that Fabolous and Ray J got into an exchange of words, with 50 Cent and Kevin Hart instigating all along. When the jokes got too real, Ray J took a swing at Fab, which some would consider admirable, all things considered.

But according to the rumors, it didn’t turn out so well for Ray J, who reportedly got his a** handed to him. AND got arrested.

Nothing is worse than sitting next to someone on a plane who has a sex tape with your wife. Kris Humphries was stone-faced seated next to Kim Kardashian’s ex, Ray J, on a Delta flight Sunday from LA to New Orleans. Humphries, who boarded in Minneapolis, was in an aisle seat across from the singer in first class. Humphries sat there for a few minutes before moving to a seat in front of Ray J.

After minutes of “awkward silence,” Ray J walked up to Humphries’ seat to congratulate him, but Kris acted like he didn’t recognize him. According to a source, “Ray J said, ‘Come on, you know who I am. I just want to say congratulations.’ Then Kris, realizing he was cornered, said, ‘Oh yeah, yeah, I’m sorry I know who you are.’ ” A mystery buyer is reportedly offering Vivid Entertainment a large sum to buy Kardashian’s sex tape with Ray J, to take it off the market. Some suspect that the buyer might be a member of the Humpdashian clan who may not want their family to see the tape. Humphries’ rep didn’t get back to us. Ray J’s rep declined to comment.

Ray-J picked Imogen up from her Los Angeles hotel and the two were spotted strolling around, laughing and joking and looking very comfortable in each others company. Like a pair of California teenagers, Ray J and Imogen hit the highway for a drive and then settled down to share a bottle of champagne and get cosy. At one point the apparently smitten Ray J rested his head on the former Big Brother contestant’s shoulder.

Imogen ruled out anything romantic with the 30-year-old for the time being but said she hoped to meet up with Ray J again next time she’s over in LA. ‘He’s such a nice guy and we swapped numbers. It was good fun and I’m going to see him when I come back to LA’, she said. ‘It was fun. Ray J is such a nice guy. He picked me up in his car and it was lovely, really amazing.’
