We don’t condone this kind of behavior. Smh. Two days ago Jay-Z was at the Philadelphia Art Museum (Rocky Steps) conducting a major press conference in which he announced a music festival scheduled to hit the city of brotherly love sometime early September and one of his former artists from the city, Freeway was on hand and Jay just completely played kid out.
