Oprah: I Believed From The Very Beginning That He Was The One

Posted by Media Outrage on November 5th, 2008

Oprah

Oprah Winfrey called into Power 105.1 this morning during the Ed Lover show, and had some very interesting things to say about this very pivotal election. You can listen for yourself below….

“If I had not come out for Barack Obama when I did, I knew that I would have lost a piece of my soul. So I’m glad I did what I did. It’s been hard for me to keep my mouth shut on the show. But I’m unleashed tomorrow.”

On the reaction of some white folks on Oprah not allowing Sarah Palin on her show a month ago….

“I mean I got some hate calls, listen our switch board needed therapy. They had never been called the “N” word so many times. It was bad, it was really bad. Really go back to Africa kind of bad. We’re going to lynch you kind of bad. It was terrible.”
