The very beautiful and talented, Angela Bassett, was in full sexy mode yesterday at the Beverly Hills Hotel, for the “Mandela Day” awareness event.  Plenty of familiar faces came out to support and enjoy the festivities.  Jurnee Smollett, Isaiah Washington and wife Jenisa Marie, Quincy Jones (King of the Young Jawns), Alfre Woodard, Morgan Freeman, Viola Davis, Forest and Keisha Whitaker along with their daughter Sonnet.  Just enjoy the pics….

Cookie Johnson, was accompanied by her loving family, Angela Bassett and Denzel’s wife, Pauletta, to Nordstrom in Los Angeles on Saturday for the launch of her new denim line CJ.  It looks like everyone had a ball.  We’re assuming these jeans will accommodate the full-figured curvaceous sistas, being that Cookie, Pauletta and Angela Bassett are all thick women.  Magic posed for pictures with his son EJ, and daughter Elise.  We can’t figure out which parent Elise looks like.

This is definitely the photo of the day. Angela Bassett was honored with a star on the Hollywood walk of fame yesterday, one of the highest honors bestowed upon an actor and actress. Angela is definitely well deserving of the honor, as she is an excellent actress that conveys the realest emotions on the big screen. This woman really exudes elegance, class, and beauty to the highest degree. We are happy for her! Last night Tyler Perry had the premiere for his newest movie Meet The Browns at the Cinerama Dome in LA and a few stars and cast members came out to help celebrate. Tyler Perry and Eva Pigford actually look good together.
